    Line Dancing Class with Cynthia Morse, C Soul Slyders

            - Available In-Person @ 1:00pm - 2:30pm - 

     

     

    Cynthia Morse has been teaching Line Dancing for over 15 years, finding a Fun way to incorporate exercise into our daily routines. Classes are beneficial for good health, muscle tone and cardiovascular strength. Dancing also       reduces stress and can help decrease blood pressure.

     

    Join us for a Fun and Invigorating afternoon of dancing!

    Beginners Session 1:00pm -2:00pm

    Intermediate Session 2:00pm - 2:30pm

     

    Registration is Required.

    Registration will open on January 24th
