Family Tai Chi is a playful "meditation in motion" that swaps high-intensity stress for synchronized, low-impact flow, making it an ideal tool for boosting a household's emotional and mental well-being. It helps children develop focus and emotional regulation while allowing parents to lower their cortisol levels. This shared practice levels the playing field for all ages, fostering a sense of calm connection, bonding and body awareness that turns a simple living room session into a collective "reset" for the family's nervous system.
Registration for this event is required! Contact the Kids' Zone for more information at (708) 748-3731 ext 231!
