What You Will Experience:
Gentle Restorative Stretching: Flow through a series of effortless, low-impact stretches designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and "unlock" the body's natural energy.
Expressive Movement: Connect with your body through fluid, graceful motions that encourage self-expression and physical freedom, adaptable for all mobility levels.
Healing Soundscapes: Immerse yourself in an ambient music and nature-inspired rhythms carefully selected to synchronize your breathing and calm the nervous system.
Guided Meditation: Transition from movement into deep stillness with mindfulness techniques that clear mental clutter and promote a lasting sense of inner peace.

Parents/Caregivers will have the opportunity to read one-on-one with their child at their own pace in a comfortable, welcoming space. The library will provide a variety of books, cozy reading spots, simple activity supplies, and engaging materials to support shared reading time. Start with 30 minutes of reading with your child followed by 30 minutes of interactive, sensory play!

Cynthia Morse has been teaching Line Dancing for over 15 years, finding a Fun way to incorporate exercise into our daily routines. Classes are beneficial for good health, muscle tone and cardiovascular strength. Dancing also reduces stress and can help decrease blood pressure.
