Proposed Motion: That the Board approve the Materials Displayed in the
Library Policy as submitted.

A. Adult Services Renovation
Proposed Motion: That the Board approve the Adult Services Renovation
plans.
B. Non-Resident Card Resolution
Proposed Motion: That the Board approve the resolution to participate in
the Public Library Non-Resident Services Act for 2026-2027.
C. Window Replacement
Proposed Motion: That the Board approve the replacement of the cracked
window in the Commons not to exceed $24,999.
Or
Proposed Motion: That the Board approve the library going out to bid to
replace all of the windows in the Commons.
D. Library Director’s Review
Proposed Motion: That the Board approve the agreed upon increase for the
Library Director’s salary.
