What is a Memory Cafe': Memory Stations?

A Memory Café is a safe, supportive environment, designed to engage attendees in cognitive activities to perk up memory. The goal of The Park Forest Public Library's Memory Café- Memory Stations, is to keep attendees mentally and socially active with engaging activities, which research shows is protective of brain health. The Memory Café is free and open to all older adults with or without current memory concerns.

Join us for (60) minutes of memory games and activities as you rotate through the "Memory Stations" that are sure to boost brain power, and provide mental stimulation that strengthens neural connections, keeping the mind sharp while improving cognitive function across ages.
