Proposed Action: Presented for review and discussion.
B. Ordinance Establishing a Special Reserve Fund
Proposed Motion: That the Board approve the Ordinance Establishing a Special Reserve Fund for the Park Forest Public Library.
C. Transfer of Funds to Special Reserve Fund
Proposed Motion: That the Board approve amend the appropriations as itemized in the library budget for FY 2027 and add the transfer of $3,550,000 to the Special Reserve Fund for the costs itemized in the submitted letter.
D. Purchase of Library Building
