It's Mental Health Awareness Month. Join Felicia Marie Houston for a hands-on presentation.
Objective:
- Learn stress-reduction and mindfulness techniques.
- Recognize signs of depression or anxiety and know when and how to seek help.
- Examine the benefits of social connection and strategies to stay involved in your community.

Meet your presenter:
Felicia Houston's passion is inspiring and empowering people to make wellness a priority. Through dynamic workshops and presentations, Felicia educates her audiences about Mental Health, Mental wellness, Self-care, and Stress Less Living.
Felicia has more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, a BA in Psychology and a MA in Human Development Counseling from Bradley University in Peoria Illinois. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), a Mental Health Consultant, and a Consumer Wellness Advocate (CWA). Felicia is also a Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Companionship Trainer, Trauma and Resiliency Trainer, & a Soul Shop (Suicide Prevention) Trainer.
Felicia resides in the Chicagoland area with her husband Chris, their 2 teenagers, and their Cane Corso/Great Dane Blu'.
