Ageless Strength & Mobility

Join us on designated days for an interactive, instructional fitness session with fan-favorite instructor Arlene Santiago! We've taken Chair Yoga and graduated into something even more exciting: Ageless Strength & Mobility!

This program is available in-person at the library.

Adults of all ages are welcome to join us the first or second Saturday of every month in the Library Commons for tea, coffee, snacks, and an art project. This month we will be using fabric paint and fall leaves to stamp patterns onto tea towels. Bring the outdoors in and brighten your home with this festive fall decor!

Registration is required. If you are registering multiple people, please make a separate registration for each person.

Writer's Workshop (Led by James Pressler)

Are you an aspiring author looking for tips and tricks to improve and perfect your craft? Are you interested in sharing your work with other authors for constructive criticism? Are you skeptical of the writing process and looking for answers from your peers? We've got the club for you! Join local author and writer James Pressler twice a month on designated Saturdays at the Writer's Workshop.

Medicare & BINGO with Oak Street Health

Join us in partnership with Oak Street Health for a fun game of BINGO! Lucky winners will receive prizes. Bring your Medicare questions for an agent to learn the services offered at Oak Street Health.

With all of the festivities of the season, it is easy to feel alone when sitting with difficult feelings. Join Chaplain Cassie Vaughn for an informative presentation on methods for dealing with grief during the holidays. We will utilize education and clinical knowledge to create a safe space that promotes oneness and assists in the journey of healing.

• Transformative struggle
• Brighter side: deconstructing grief
• Gone from my sight: processing the transition of death

There will be opportunity for shared participant reflection.

Da Dopamine Project is a mental health organization focused on building introspective skills through creative expression. Join our instructor Jae'ln as they show participants how to channel their inner creativity with button making, drawing lessons, and more!
