Ageless Strength & Mobility

Join us on designated days for an interactive, instructional fitness session with fan-favorite instructor Arlene Santiago! We've taken Chair Yoga and graduated into something even more exciting: Ageless Strength & Mobility! This program is in-person at the library.
Registration for this event is required!
Patrons who sign up are registered for classes for the entire month.
*PLEASE NOTE: Participants must sign the waiver below prior to participating. Participants must be registered to attend.
Participants are encouraged to bring a hand towel and water with them to class.

Da Dopamine Project is a mental health organization focused on building introspective skills through creative expression. Join our instructor Jae'ln as they show participants how to channel their inner creativity with button making, drawing lessons, and more!

Adults of all ages are welcome to join for our monthly DIY workshop series. This month will include a very special presentation by Sarah Tozer of Gaia’s Market & Refillery. Sarah will explain to us what a refillery is and some of the different ways that we can cut down on waste around the house! Everyone will receive recipes for and make their own all-purpose cleaning spray and cleaning scrub paste.
