The Holidays are a time for celebration but for some it can be filled with stress and anxiety. In this course we will look at the common stressors that one might experience before or during the holiday season. We will provide coping techniques and discuss the importance of self-care.

 

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify holiday stressors

  • Learn basic coping techniques

  • Learn the important of self-care

     

    Light refreshments will be served
