Our computer classes are specifically designed for older adults and seniors who want to gain confidence in using technology. In this session, we will focus on Microsoft Word, a well-known word processing tool. The class will provide step-by-step guidance, making it easy to learn the essential features of Word at your own pace. Topics covered include:
- Navigating the Interface: Familiarizing you with the layout and tools in Microsoft Word.
- Creating and Saving Documents: Learn how to start a new document, save your work, and organize files.
- Formatting Text: Basic skills like changing font styles, sizes, and using bold, italics, and underline.
- Editing and Proofreading: Understanding how to cut, copy, paste, and use spell check to improve your documents.
- Printing Documents: How to prepare and print your finished work.
