Location: Ringering Room

Meditation can remove stress and replace it with a dose of inner peace. It’s one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions and deal with physical and psychological distress. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the basics of meditation. We will discuss the health benefits that come from a regular meditation practice and how it can influence our well-being and make a difference in how we relate to others in our daily lives.  Most important, this workshop will help you find a calm and peaceful state—one step at a time.

Workshop led by Matteson Shambhala.
