Tasty "Holiday Soups"

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! It's chilly outside, but it is warm & cozy in the kitchen! Chef Susan Maddox will lead you through creating some wonderful and heart-warming soups for the holidays. A great afternoon of cooking to fill your soul with great soups as well as recipe box for entertaining. She will review cooking methods, techniques, and proper preparation to make your time in the kitchen a breeze. This is a library program you will not want to miss!
