The goal of The Park Forest Public Library's memory café&nbsp;is to keep attendees mentally and socially active, which research&nbsp;shows is protective of brain health. The Memory Café&nbsp;is free and open to all older adults with or without current memory concerns. Guest speakers are occasionally scheduled, and community resource information is available.
