Q. Where do I find the Suggested Websites?
A. Suggested websites are found within the Resource Center tab located above.
Q. If I have a "BILLED" item (Lost or Damaged), can I replace it myself without having the paying the library for a replacement?
A. Yes, but the item must be in the same format as the Lost or Damaged material. That means if the book was Hardcover it must be a Hardcover. If the DVD was a 2-Disc version, it must be that same version. Also, CDs/DVDs/Video Games must be new. No used items are accepted.
NO ex-library or ex-school copies are accepted. Ex-Library (aka ex-school) copies may have been rebound, had things pasted in, have glued down flaps on the dustjacket, have library labels or stickers on them, and all of the rest of the things which happen to books in libraries.
A service fee of $5.00 still applies in order to cover other costs such as a new barcode, misc labels, etc...
Q. Where is the link for HeritageQuest?
A. Click on the Resource Center tab and then the link for Libraries & Databases under Suggested Websites. If you are on the Home page, you may also click More Online Databases on the left side of the page.
Q. Does the Library have fax services?
A. During the Renovation, fax service has been suspended.

Q. Does the Library have Wireless Internet?
A. Yes. You may bring in your laptop and connect to the Internet wirelessly. The SSID is PFPL.
Q. Does the Library have study rooms?
A. During the Renovation, the Conference Rooms use has been suspended.
Q. Are there private rooms where I can use the computer?
A. The Library has two Family Technology Rooms. Each room has two computers. You must have children 12 and under with you to sign up for a Family Technology Room.During the Renovation, the Family Technology Rooms use has been suspended.
